Location: Haldia, West Bengal

Salary Range: ₹22,000 to 26,500/- Month

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize Sales Visits: Conduct regular sales visits for existing leads, identifying prospects and new sales opportunities in Haldia.
• Identify New Business Channels: Recognize and establish relationships with potential channel partners to expand business reach.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, information, and guidance.
• Sales and Upselling: Establish and grow connections with prospects; promote solutions that meet clients' needs, and identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Customer Support: Recommend improvements in service to meet clients’ evolving needs and boost customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to recommend solutions to enhance service quality and profit.
• Self-Motivated: A driven individual who can work independently while maintaining a client-focused approach.
